By scheduling or receiving services from Pawsitive Grounds, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Pet-Safe Products & Lawn Care
We use products and treatments that are labeled as pet-safe and lawn-safe when applied as directed.

However, Pawsitive Grounds cannot guarantee:

The absence of pet sensitivities or allergic reactions. Individual animal responses to deodorizing or odor-control treatments
Prevention of lawn discoloration, spotting, or pre-existing grass damage. Complete elimination of odors between service visits. Customers accept full responsibility for monitoring their pets and lawn conditions after treatment.

Animal Behavior & Safety
For the safety of pets, staff, and property:

All dogs must be secured indoors or safely contained during service visits. We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service if any animal is loose, aggressive, or presents a safety concern. Pawsitive Grounds is not liable for bites, scratches, escapes, or injuries caused by customer pets or unknown animals on the property.
 
Yard Conditions & Hidden Hazards:
Customers are responsible for maintaining a safe and accessible yard. We are not responsible for injury, damage, or incomplete service caused by:

Hidden waste beneath tall grass, leaves, snow, or debris. Holes, sharp objects, pests, wildlife, or unsafe ground conditions. Locked gates, blocked access, or incorrect service instructions
 
Odor Control & Deodorizing Limitations:
Odor-control and deodorizing treatments are intended to reduce and manage odors, not guarantee permanent odor removal.

Results may vary based on:
Soil saturation and prior waste buildup
Weather, rainfall, and irrigation
Pet frequency and yard usage
No warranty—express or implied—is provided regarding odor elimination or duration of freshness.

 
General Limitation of Liability:
Pawsitive Grounds shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Pet illness, injury, or behavioral incidents. Lawn or landscape changes unrelated to negligent service. Events outside our reasonable control, including weather or wildlife. Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of this disclaimer and all service terms.
